If you need a visa to enter Russia, please send
- A filled visa form (download here),
- A scanned copy of your main passport page
to the Organizing Committee at newtrends@mi.ras.ru. We will send you (via email or, if necessary, via ordinary mail) an official invitation letter from the Stekov Mathematical Institute. This invitation should be attached to your application for the Russian visa at your local Russian consulate.
Please note that the preparation time of the invitation may be up to one month.
